Response to my home advisor inquiry was fast. Total price was very good. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. Installation staff took the extra time to install the piping runs neatly and out of the way of other piping and wiring in the crowed installation location of the basement. Left basement area very clean. Staff also made recommendations on correction of my existing water heater venting.

After the initial installation, the water heater was not working correctly. However, they came the very next day to fix it. Most everyone was very professional and friendly save one strange bird who was installing the furnace and water heater. Left quite a mess in the basement when they were done as well. Overall my experience was very positive and their sales staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They have great pricing are very quick to schedule the installation and seem to be very eager to ensure satisfaction.

Everyone was very professional and friendly. We also had a new furnace installed. They showed up on time and were done earlier than expected. They answered my phone calls whenever I called them and didn't mind the silly questions I was asking. Too bad this company was bought out by another company six months after we had this service performed. Called the new company for a problem, they sent someone out to inspect our air conditioning which I thought was making too much noise and the guy just told us that it was suppose to make noise. Now two years later and our air conditioner is so noisy I can't stand it. When you can hear the air conditioner up in your bedroom with the windows closed there is something wrong.

Good furnace for a good price, but I had to have Wilson come out a total of four times to have it installed correctly. And I was the one making the appointments and keeping track of the progress, not my job as customer. I have a one week old and we needed heat immediately, it seemed a fight to have it be so. Good work overall, but slow and they do not follow through immediately. Make sure they are thorough in their initial estimate process and they do not ASSUME anything, otherwise you may be in for many visits from them.

Great customer service, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They sell a great product for a fair price. Installation team worked fast, they left a clean site and were very polite. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

They did a great job. Some of the ductwork I expected to be fixed was still leaking and but overall they worked for 3 days to install our furnace in the attic and remove 2 other furnaces from a difficult location. They also installed an AC unit outside. All employees were polite and professional.

Job was a nightmare for the installers but they took it in stride and made the most of the day. Even dug out a thermostat for me when mine decided it didn't want to work. Showed me how everthing worked before they left and Salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time explain everything

Everything went well with this company. Ryan (the salesman) explained everything well. The installers were very nice and we had a lot of fun with them!!

Sales person was very informative. Presented options and reasons for each but left the decisions to me. Installers were hard working, did an excellent job keeping me informed of progress, and cleaned up well after the installation. The company offered an excellent product. Lennox, at a substantial savings over the other contractors. Also installed a new A/C.

Having interviewed 4 companies and narrowing my choices down to a Trane or Lennox, I chose this company because I felt I got the most for my dollar. I had not planned to put in a new AC, but a "special" was available that made it silly not too. The crew was here on time, very thoughtful about making sure things looked cleaned up before they left, and fielded my questions with patience and information. As for the equipment, I won't know until I see my bills next winter.
