Crain Heating and Cooling was very easy to work with. They were on time and tended to my furnace needs quickly and skillfully. We have not had an issue with our furnace since. There is no question that we would call them in the future if the need arises.

Very professional, courteous and helpful as they explained the operation of the components & thermostat settings. Clean up of the install area was well done. I would recommend them. The only concern that I have is the AC unit - not the size we expected.The AC unit we requested wasn't in stock & were upgraded to a higher SEER unit- a good value, but the unit is extremely over sized & huge! - I would have appreciated a choice in that matter as well as the placement of the unit.

I hired this company and left a review. I was overall satisfied with the job they did. I later found out after calling the city regarding the inspection that they never pulled a permit. I was told by the worker that installed the furnace that a permit was pulled and an inspection would be done. I know find out no permit was pulled as they told me. And no one has called me back to explain this.

I had this company come to my condo to service a HWC unit. Upon checking the furnace, I got a rep that was not interested in making the repairs. He gave a quick diagnostic telling me anything so that he could collect a service fee. He didn't feel like working on it & told me several parts to replace. As if it wasn't worth his time, he then left and refused to take any phone calls. Home advisory called nod he still refused to respond. So don't use this company for repairs as they are only interested in new installs or money grab diagnostics. Anybody can use the home advisor as a $ grab giving out bogus fixes. Very untrustworthy
