Jim came to appointment on time (a few minutes early) he was very thorough in examining my unit. I ended up getting furnace replaced as well and got an amazing deal. Everything was installed and running perfectly within a week. The customer service was excellent and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!!!

Replaced Furnace and AC at same time, Arrived on time. No issues.

We did not have central air before. We had 3 companies review our heating system, all recommended we replace the 38 year old furnace. So we replaced the furnace and added central air. Crain gave us a manufacturer's discount on entire system. We also got rebates from utility companies & tax credit on our federal return. Crain removed old system, hauled it away and installed new system in one day. Entire area was left very clean. They thoroughly answered all our questions throughout the day and warned us in advance when drains, etc, could not temporarily be used. The workers were very polite and considerate. Sales person, Jim Crain, explained entire system and what work had to be done. Although we are far from being experts, we somewhat understood the scope of the work, why certain things had to be done and how the system functioned when he was through. This was comforting to us. Thank you Home Adviser for this recommendation.

I also had my AC replaced at the same time. I've never worked with a company with such excellent customer service !! They arrived on schedule, cleaned up well when the job was done, submitted all the rebates for me, called my township inspector to schedule inspection, were very courteous and took care of everything from beginning to end. My township inspector says he's seen a lot of work of theirs, and the do good work and are highly rated. That's good to hear from the building inspector. This was totally seamless. When I say excellent customer service I mean top of the line. I will definitely hand out their business card to neighbor's if they're looking for work to be done

I had 4 companies give me quotes and Crain was the most competitive of them all. The scheduled the repair on the day that I needed and had a fabulous team of men come do the work. Not only did Crain Heating and Cooling replace my boiler, they also replaced my hot water heater and did both in one day! I would use Crain again in a heartbeat, as well as recommend them to my family and friends. One of the best experiences with a company ever!

The technician, Jason, seemed very knowledgeable about the work he was doing, which was to replace some old parts in my boiler that are not made anymore. He ordered compatible parts and, along with his partner, installed them efficiently. The two were personable and professional.

I had Crain install a new furnace, air conditioning, and a new 40 gal hot water heater. Their quote was on par with two other quotes I received from other companies. I chose Crain because I felt they would have my back in the future should I need service. I like that it is a family owned business. From my understanding the products they installed are made in America. All the reviews I've read online about Crain are 5 star. The install crew was awesome and they worked hard and I could tell they wanted it done right, as did I.
