Very polite and professional. Had answers for all of my questions. Did a great jobs installing my new furnace and air conditioner and did a great job of cleaning up after they were done.

It was a pleasure to do business with them. I had five contractors out for an estimate for complete replacement of furnace and AC. They were the stand out company, by far.

The owner was very professional and had his installation crew on the job the very next day . The price was very competitive!!! Product was great, my only drawback was the cleanup. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a furnace.

The quotes by Cody were very complete and he was a pleasure to work with. Garrett & Ed did the installation of the Furnace and A/C unit and were very customer oriented. They worked extremely hard and it was an easy and very complete installation. They cleaned up their mess and reviewed the furnace operation and specifics with me before they left. This was my sisters house I'm working on, but I own a house and have a rental. If I ever need a furnace or a/c unit in either one, I will be sure to contact Crain.

Our furnace went out on a cold day :-( Crain Heating and Cooling arrived within 2 hours of calling... on a Saturday. They left us with space heaters until they could install a temp furnace on Monday. Cody, Ed, and Garrett were fantastic through the whole process. I would highly recommend using this company.

Installers were clean and respectful

We had Crain Heating and Cooling install a new Lennox furnace, AC unit, and a new 40 gal hot water heater and a Wifi thermostat. Their quote was by far the best I received from three other companies. Crain has excellent customer service, Jim Crain came out and gave us knowledgeable advice, answered all of our questions and gave us several options and very fair pricing on each option. Ed and Garrett arrived as schedule to install, They worked very hard to get the job done in one day. At the end of the day Jason the manager came and checked everything, explained everything about my new equipment, Jason gave us excellent information about the maintenance and care on the new equipment. I was not expecting that crain's would take the time to go over everything as they did, Very appreciated, Crain also submitted all the rebates for us, scheduled my city inspector, All were very courteous and took care of everything from beginning to end. This was totally seamless experience.. When I say excellent customer service I mean top of the line. I will definitely recommend Crain's to others. We are Extremely happy with Crain's Heating and cooling.

This was a custom furnace install in the attic of my new construction. I was on site when all the work was done. All the people from the company were courteous and careful. Communication during the project was good. I would recommend Crain Heating and cooling, quality work at a fair price. Fred W
