These guys were great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Our furnace went out on the coldest days of the year - approaching a holiday weekend. They came on a Thursday, delivered my furnace on Friday evening and installed it safely enough to give us heat over the weekend until they could return on Tuesday ( the day after the holiday) to install it properly. It was awesome!

Jason Crain and his crew did an excellent job installing a complicated new steam boiler system and new hot water heater for my apartment building. Jason worked closely with the city inspectors to make sure the job went smoothly. Their work was meticulous and cost was very reasonable. Everyone in the company I dealt with was polite and professional. They also installed new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater in one of my other properties with the same consistent level of high quality service. I will not hesitate to use them for future work and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a challenging A/C replacement. They thoroughly analyzed the situation and did a great job. I would recommend this team.

Hired Crain to install furnace and A/C in Feb. 2016, which they did promptly and in a very short notice -so far, so good-. Now, the bad news: The city inspector didn't approved Crain's electrical installation of the furnace, Crain sent their technician three times and can correct this (just lay a dedicated circuit for the furnace, which is a code requirement). I've call them several time, and the owner Jim Crain is giving me excuses for not fixing this . Bottom line is, he probably missed this in his original quote and does not want to spend the money to bring the installation to code. I am planning on fixing this with another company ,and taking them to small claim court to recover the expenses. Not recommendable.
