The services were excellent. They have completed four projects for me, and all the projects they have done I have never had any issues with them. The prices have always been reasonable.

They were excellent. They were here when they said they would be. They worked through the cold weather. They put the new roof on. The inspectors here in Livonia inspected it. Everything was fine. The price was in the ballpark and everything was great. They cleaned up everything. I have no complaints. The bid was reasonable.

They did a good job.  They did what they said they were going to do.  They finished in three days.  They cleaned up very well.  They did a good job.

I spent about $15,000 on that work and they did a really good job. They gave me the estimate and that was exactly what I paid when they finished the job. They were on time and showed up when they said they would for all the different scheduled work and were very pleasant to deal with. The price was a little on the high side for what I had done, but probably at the higher end.

They did a very good job. They talked to me well and explained why they recommended soffit vents and provided those at no more of a charge than estimates I'd received from other companies. There was a high quality of work, reasonable price and excellent communication.

He was excellent, on time, and had a great price.

I called for estimate-They came next day. I accepted estimate. Roof work began in two days, it was finished in five hrs. Gutters were put up next day-all work and clean up for both jobs was excellent! Will definitely use this company again

They were okay and they did a good job. It took a few weeks for them to come because it was raining for a long time so I didn't blame them. I would use them again and recommend them in the future.

I actually called quite a few roofing companies found on Angie's List but only 2 responded. I suspect some of them weren't interested in such small job, even though I don't think $400+ is a small amount to pay for simple work like this. The 2 companies quoted virtually the same price (the other is $400), but Big Ike's agreed to provide a 6-month warranty on the work while the other didn't. Big Ike's also used new shingles while the other wanted to just use the old ones we had left from the last job. The scheduling and work went fine. The color matches well with the new shingles they brought in. They also promised to refund the cost if we choose to do whole re-roofing with them in the future.

Job 1: Estimate was given and it entailed more work which was o.k.'d by customer. Timing was on time. Work done and cleanup was excellent. Pricing was higher because more damage was found. O.K.'d. Job 2: The company was on time. No problems. All went well. Would use them again.

WORKERS FOR BIG IKES WERE ALWAYS ON TIME OR EARLY. ONE DAY WORKED OVER 12 HOURS, SO ROOF WAS COVERED IN CASE OF RAIN.

I would recommend them to anybody! I needed my roof done in one day because I had a large dog that I could not leave outside. They totally went above and beyond. In fact, my neighbor liked their work so much they hired them on the spot to do their roof next.

MY OPINION IS THAT THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT. HE DID EXTRA WORK ON MY NEIGHBOR'S HOUSE FOR FREE. HE ALSO CAME IN AND DID THE WORK ON THE DAY THAT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME.

I THINK THEIR SERVICE WAS GOOD. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY GUTTERS. I DID SHOP AROUND FOR PRICES AND I FOUND THIS COMPANY TO BE THE BEST. THEIR QUOTE WAS THE LOWEST ONE IN TOWN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH SIMILAR NEEDS.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE GOOD WITH THE ESTIMATES AND I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRICE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES EVERYDAY THAT THEY WERE HERE. THEY ARE A GREAT COMPANY.

I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WAS FAST, THOROUGH, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THOUGHT THE WORKERS WERE FINE, BUT WE REALLY DIDN'T INTERACT WITH THEM THAT MUCH.

THEY WERE AN EFFICIENT COMPANY. THEY OFFERED COMPETITIVE PRICES WITH THE OTHER PLACES I CALLED. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK. THEY CAME AND GOT THE JOB DONE IN RECORD TIME. THEY WEREN'T VERY NICE OR FRIENDLY, BUT THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND GOT THE JOB DONE. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.
