We have a very large willow tree. The ice storm in December really did a number on this tree. It is a beautiful tree and I wanted to save it. I got 3 estimates for this project (one was twice the price) We decided to go with the Woodchopper's estimate not only because it was the lowest but because Jeremy was very professional and good about returning our calls. The trimmed all of the big branches that were broken, removed branches from pole barn and cleaned up and got rid of the mess. Our neighbors hired them on the spot to remove 2 trees. Would recommend them to anyone. Nice crew.

They did a great job! They got back to us immediately, did high quality work, had the right equipment (bucket truck, etc.) and cleaned up the site afterward completely.

They were a professional team that worked really well together and they got the job done quicker then we expected. They did such a great job that our neighbors hired them on the spot to remove some of their tree stumps and we are already planning the trees we want to have removed next year.

After negotiating, the price of the job was reasonable, but it was supposed to include clean-up, and my yard was left a mess! Big holes left to refill and big piles of dirt mixed with wood chips all over the yard. They also missed many of the large roots they were supposed to grind out. If the had cleaned up, redistributing the dirt properly, they would have found the roots they missed. Two weeks later, I'm still trying to get my yard cleaned up.

Jeremy was very professional. He called me immediately upon receipt of my email inquiry. He was on time for the consultation and for the actual work. His crew cleaned everything up and charged a reasonable fee. If you need any tree work done, please call Woodchoppers.

I hired this company over 2 months ago, and they did half the job. They have rescheduled several times- say they will be there one day and no one shows up and no one even calls to give me an explanation. Today the owner said he is "pretty sure" they can get the job done next week and then hung up on me without telling me what time to expect someone. I know it's my fault for paying upfront (I had to book it out of town the day they were hired for a funeral so I paid without thinking that through), I got enough grief from my husband, but it's funny how nice someone is until they get your money.

They did not perform the project until several days after the expected date of service. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, independently, and left the property in excellent condition. They responded to my telephone calls, provided an estimate, and charged the price quoted for the work specified. Refreshing!

They did a good job,just make sure to check each tree, before they leave, to make sure all limbs that are dead are removed. We had a couple trees that had dead limbs that were misssed & some sapplings on another tree that didn't get removed. All in all they did a good job plus the day was super HOT. They stayed with it!!!
