I woke up to no water in the house. I called Shawn and he was on another job; he said when he was finished he would call and he did just that. He was here more than an hour prior to what he thought he'd be able to be. He came in, took a look at it and knew exactly what the problem was! He has the parts with him to fix it and in less than an hour, my water is back up and running!!!! he gave me instructions and told me to call if I needed anything else!! What an absolute professional!!! Truly truly my morning blessing!!! If you're looking for a well qualified, kind and professional person for service on your well, this is your man!

I called Shawn on a Friday afternoon, and he was able to perform the requested service the next day (a Saturday!) Shawn keep me advised of his arrival time, and upon arrival was very professional and respectful of our home. Shawn took the time to explain the procedure to me, and also performed a well/tank/pump check to ensure there were no other potential issues. Service was completed on time, as expected, and at a great price. I would use BCB in the future, and would recommend them to others.

Shawn checked the pump and tank. Told me they were good and my problem was with my well and screen. He looked for the well log for my house on the Oakland County site and when he found it wasn't there he went out of his way to submit a request for older information from the Oakland County Board of Health. He went out of his way to educate me and to recommend the next step and people to contact.

It went well. Every time we contacted Shawn (by phone or e-mail) he replied right away. He always answered our questions in detail. He arrived a few minutes early for appointments. He started and finished the work when he said he would. He charged exactly what was written in our contract. He cleaned up and hauled away debris and the old tank when he was finished with the work. It was a pleasure to interact with Shawn because he is knowledgeable, professional, and did not pressure us.

Very informative, very nice man. I decided to replace rusty tank afterward and I called him again.

Shawn came, did the job, cleaned up everything. Explained proper maintenance & warranty. Great company, great guy.

Arrived on time, called on his way. Had all equip and parts, started system, and made adjustments with no problem.
