Arrived to evaluate problem at scheduled time. Explained solution, price and warranty. Arrived to replace tank at schedule time. Replaced tank, cleaned-up and removed tank. This price is lower and the warranty longer than previous tank replacement. Very professional job!

Shawn arrived at exactly the time promised. We had a leak in the pipe coming up from the submersible pump in our well so water was leaking back from the pressure tank to the well. Our well is too close to the house to use the typical truck mounted equipment so he had to pull the pump with a small electric tripod mounted over the well. He had the old pipe removed and the new pipe in the well in less than 3 hours and he stayed until the well was flushed out before hooking it up to our tank. He clearly knew what he was doing and had the right equipment for the job. Our total time without water was only 4 hours.

Our pump went out. We had no water pressure. Sean came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, replaced the pump, and had our water working within hours. Thanks so much!! Our family is grateful for you fast service!

We came home from vacation to little to no water pressure. We called several providers and Shawn promptly returned our call, made an appointment and fixed our problem. We were extremely pleased with this company. Shawn came out on short notice, was very honest, took time to explain things very well, and did a fast and complete job for us. He was also the least expensive of three different companies that we called for doing the exact same work. We would definitely use him again and would recommend him to anyone else needing a well pump repair /replace.

Diagnosed and fixed the problem on what was supposed to be a visit to give a quote.

Shawn determined it was a clogged valve. He did not have to take it apart and clean it. This is probably something that he could have told us to do ourselves or call a plumber but he removed and cleaned it. He also filled the bladder to full pressure which was down a bit. Between these 2 things the pressure in our house was restored. On the way out we noticed that outside the pvc pipe to the well had taken a bit of a beating and was split. It was hard to see because it was high on the post almost at the top. Shawn also took the time [almost another hour] to replace that instead of telling us he'd have to come back or that he couldn't do it. We felt it was time and money well spent. Shawn did an outstanding job making us feel like valued customers. And when the time comes to replace our well pump or we have any further issues we will certainly be contacting him. I am also letting all my neighbors know about him.

As with our previous experience with BCB Well Pump and Tank Service the response and helpfulness of Mr. Siegel was excellent. Fixed the leak quickly and at no cost.

Great guy. I noticed that I didn't have any water. I immediately started looking for local well drillers in out area. The first well driller that I called didn't answer and the second one said he couldn't come out until Monday afternoon. Then I called Shawn and he said he would be here in an hour. I was amazed at how quickly he came over and promptly fixed my problem. He gave up his Sunday to come over and help me in my time of need. Shawn Siegel came out within 24 hours after contacting him and he spent 1 and half hours going over the well system. We use the well only for our outside sprinklers. He diagnosed the issue and made the recommendation to replace the hold tank because it was not holding pressure.

Upon discovering the leak, I contacted Shawn to inquire about the repair. He was able to come out that same day, and was willing to work around my schedule. He arrived on time, explained what he found, and efficiently completed the repair. Shawn also took time to answer questions I had, and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left. It was obvious Shawn respected my home by taking off his shoes, and leaving the work area cleaner than he found it. He was professional in every aspect, and I would definitely contact Shawn for any of my future well related needs.

Very nice man and we hired him for the repair. The past owner totally neglected the well and had it patched repaired. Looking forward to working with Mr. Siegel soon.

He checked the entire well system to make sure of the cause for no running water, then haas able to thaw the pipes within a few hours. Very professional and polite. He climbed countless times into our crawl space to do his work and also recommended what we could do to keep this from happening again next winter.

Shawn did an excellent job. This was our first time having any problems with our well. Our water suddenly turned off and we had no pressure in our tank on Thursday night. First thing Friday morning,at 7am we called Shawn and it went to voicemail but he called back within 2 minutes. He had a delivery coming but would be out at about 9:15am since we live about 45 minute from him. At 9am he called to let me know that the delivery was slightly late and he was running behind by a 10 minutes . Once he arrived he immediately located the problem, a broken pressure valve. He had the parts to fix the valve and within the hour I had water again. Since having our home built 8 years ago we have never have our well system and tank checked so he also inspected it and gave it a clean bill of health . He even gave ideas on what we can do to extend the longevity of our tank. I found Shawn to be extremely knowledgeable of well and water pump systems.

We had 19 people over for Thanksgiving dinner and found out as we sat down to eat that we no longer had any water pressure. This was a shock as there was no warning. Of all the days for this to happen! We were able to limp along for the day with a hose off the neighbors house feeding our system. We found Shawn on Angie's List later Thanksgiving night. Shawn had good ratings and his hours started at 7 am (did we say that we also had overnight guests?!). We weren't sure if we were in his service area as his business is out of Lapeer but left an email message to him stating our problem anyway. We contacted Shawn in the morning, early. We were in luck. He would be able to come out and work on our water problem. He was at our house by 9am and had us back up and running with full water pressure by noon. Awesome! Shawn was personable, conscientious and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. We have no hesitation in recommending Shawn to anyone needing his well repair services. We have quite a story to tell friends and family about the Thanksgiving without water. Fortunately the story has a good ending.

Very pleased with Shawn, he was very professional, and very knowledgeable about our pecticular pump / problem (he researched the type of well/pump that was in the house before arrival). Offered a couple possible solutions before we made our decision. Kept us informed of his return with the new pump (he had to travel a distance to his supplier to pick up a new pump).
