They never finished our rescreening job even after 11 months of apologies and excuses. Very unprofessional. Do not hire them.

Person came to the house, took measurements, and advised he would get back within 7-10 days. Two weeks later we attended the Home & Garden Show at MSU. We still had not heard back. We stopped at the booth and told the person we were still waiting to hear from the person. We were assured that someone would contact us. That was at least two weeks ago and still no response. I am in the service industry and would be out of business if I conducted myself in this manner.

Very professional - showed up timely for appointments, returned proposals promptly, had useful answers/advice when we had questions, work started & completed on schedule. Did what they said they'd do and when we had a couple of minor complaints, they made things right without any pushback.
