 + -1 morePerson came to the house, took measurements, and advised he would get back within 7-10 days. Two weeks later we attended the Home & Garden Show at MSU. We still had not heard back. We stopped at the booth and told the person we were still waiting to hear from the person. We were assured that someone would contact us. That was at least two weeks ago and still no response. I am in the service industry and would be out of business if I conducted myself in this manner.
Description of Work: We sought an estimate for basement finishing.

 + -1 moreVery professional - showed up timely for appointments, returned proposals promptly, had useful answers/advice when we had questions, work started & completed on schedule. Did what they said they'd do and when we had a couple of minor complaints, they made things right without any pushback.
Description of Work: We have had a variety of work done by Raven over the past 20 years, including building a 3-season room, remodeling 2 bathrooms, remodeling our kitchen, and re-siding our home. The most recent experiences (~ 4 years ago) were the bathrooms and kitchen. These projects involved replacing kitchen cabinets and countertops and replacing vanities, vanity tops, tubs/showers, and flooring in the bathrooms. Both the kitchen and the bathroom projects involved minor structural work, too.
