We often use Muffler Man because he is our neighbor. I have been using them for probably 12 years. They are friendly and honest. I usually get in pretty quickly. The waiting room is typically for a mechanic shop. Communicating with them is very good.

I was referred to this Muffler man location from my regular mechanic, since this part of the exhaust was a little more tricky for the regular guy. I was very happy with the repair today. I had a call by 9:00 with the details & cost, and it was done an hour later. Fair pricing, and a real smooth transaction. Thank you!!

I was very pleased with the cost of the repair. I went fairly early on a Saturday morning just before they got vert busy. The staff was very friendly, even humorous. I had been putting this repair off for years - I was extremely pleased with how quickly it was repaired and how much quieter my truck is now!

The work done did reduce the rattling my car was making, but some the noise returned shortly thereafter. I believe the work did improve my car's condition, but perhaps not as thoroughly as I was hoping for.

The folks at this shop were great. They are obviously knowledgeable about vehicle repair, and are quite friendly. Having work done there was a pleasure from start to finish - which was very quick! They started work within 5 minutes of my arrival. Their prices are competitive, and though they are fast, the take time to do a job correctly.
