Service was prompt. The problem ended up not being with the sump pump but with ice in the drainage pipe. The ice was cleared and a larger pipe was put on. It only took a few minutes so I wasn't even charged!

Work was completed efficiently and well, buit price was over the top. I needed to get this work done so I didn't argue, will probably look for another plumber next time who is more reasonable.

They were very efficient and performed the work in short order. They came prepared with the proper parts and supplies and did not need a return trip. They did excellent work.

This was not an easy job to figure out. Sandy did his best and he did a superb job doing the installation. We are pleased!

The arrangements were quickly made and adjusted to our schedules and our need for immediate help. The two men who did the work were friendly, courteous, knowledgable and efficient and kind. The cost for the work and service was reasonable. We would definitely recommend these workers and this company again.

This is a great company. The first guy who came in had difficulty with our older pipes, so they arranged to have the master plumber come in the next day. Unfortunately, he was sick the next morning (Saturday.) He was here on Monday morning, knew exactly what to do, did the job, did a camera check of the pipes to be sure nothing was seriously wrong---and kept the originally quoted price on Friday. Nice.

Very responsive, prompt with appointment, much more competent and professional than the initial inspector I had take a look at this problem. Definitely on the pricey side by comparison to others, but you pay for quality.

They were on time and conscientious about keeping the house clean. The product was more than I had hoped to pay, but hopefully the quality will pay off in the long run. A service plan covering related pipe issues was offered and accepted.

I had an extensive problem with tree roots clogging and damaging my pipes. The gentleman that inspected everything was professional and thorough and stayed for the whole project. I would recommend and use Michigan Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning again.

My water heater pilot wouldn't stay lit and the serviceman from Michigan Plumbing determined the vents of the water heater just needed cleaning. He blew them out with canned air. All he charged me was a $59 service call which I thought was a great price for a Sunday evening.
