Installed a sink drain trap that looked like a coggled up mess for my 86 yr old mother !! Hell, even a (will work for food) person could have done a much more professional job !! NOT HAPPY !!!

The price is high for the job they did , but I understand they also have a higher overhead. With that said , they did a good job and their respond time was very good. Thank You.

Very nice and polite serviceman. Seemed new to the job and wasn't sure so indicated he would contact a more senior staff and get back to me. After several days of not hearing from him I called their office. By the next day the serviceman and two others were out to review the issue. It was still not resolved but they used the camera again as did the sewer line as well with no extra charge. Would definitely use them again for sewer work but not sure about foundation drainage issues.

Repaired slow running hot water faucets that were plugged with lime from an old hot water heater. Excellent service and very polite repair person.

I needed an urgent repair on a water leak, coming from behind a wall in the bathroom. The leak was damaging small items in the floor below. A plumber from MPS came to my home within a few hours of my phone call, found a fractured pipe, and replaced it..

They were prompt, courteous, and thorough. The technician did an excellent job with all the work I requested him to do. (Hot water heater replacement, fixing the bathroom sink drain, and new shut off valves on the main line, toilet, kitchen and bathroom sink). My only complaint at all is they seemed a little pricy. (Although, honestly, I don't know how their prices compare to other plumbers in the area).

iI like the way they called to update me on when the plumber was coming. They also did a plumbing inspection to let me know where I was with the house.

They were prompt, careful, and good at using the camera to diagnose an ongoing problem of a gurgling toilet that had turned into geyser when the upstairs toilet flushed.

My husband did not ask on the phone how much unclogging our kitchen sink would cost. He didn't know he was calling Michigan Plumbing because it was a company with another name. They did "exceed our expectations" - in the cost. At the door, the plumber did say it would cost $204 - he would have been refused right then if I had been at home, but my husband just wanted it done. It took an hour, no basement work, no new parts, just the bigger machine to be used. This price is incredibly high and we won't call them again.

I was charged 152.00 for the replacement of a toilet valve. The service man was very efficient--done ln less than 20 minutes--last 10 was spent washing the floor! The bill did not itemize the cost per hour of labor, nor the cost of parts. This was not an emergency service call--I waited 3 or 4 days for him to arrive and he did not arrive at 3:00 as statement but 4:30--left by 5. I called to complain about the cost--a job I could do myself. After 2 weeks of attempting to speak to the manager / owner, still haven't been contacts. Women in particular, be ware!

Michigan Plumbing was very Professional and helpful. A bit pricey, but got the problem resolved. Even when we had a relapse a few weeks later, they were great about getting someone over (on a very busy weekend night). Everything is good to go!!

Mich Plumbing called me very promptly to verify my concerns after I left my info @ this site, Scheduled an appointment at my convenience . Tom was very articulate explaining to me exactly the What, Why, When & Where's of my Plumbing issue. He was very professional & efficient got the job done, plus the one I added on, cleaned up after himself !! I was was impressed ! I will be calling Mich Plumbing again for my plumbing needs.....

Always get at least 3 quotes on any major repair! Although, Michigan Plumbing was my first quote, after 2 others, I was satisfied in choosing Michigan Plumbing and they did a great job and were very effiicient.
