We had to replace water heater. It was done the same day and all permits were applied for and old water heater hauled away. Robert was great!

They got in touch with us in a short amount of time, very courteous and friendly. Our repair man was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. The work was done the same day in just about an hour. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

The reason I am not recommending this company is because first, they called me after the two hour window and told me they couldn't get to me until the next day. I couldn't take off work again, so I had my mother stay. He came and installed the sink I previously purchased without providing a quote first and then charged me $528.00 to do it. I about died when my mother told me he wanted that much money. I would not have had them do it for that price had I been given a quote. I feel they took advantage of my mother being there without me.

Very high price for the service... But also totally knowledgeable about the problem. Did not have a clog or blockage. Just needed a new toilet.

the Michigan plumbing man came to give us an estimate on the work that we needed done. (he was prepared to do the work at that visit if we agreed with his proposal, which we we did). He was polite and worked fast and efficient.

Adam knew exactly what had to be done and had no hesitation in telling me it was labor intense but not impossible. He went right at it and worked as if he was a born plumber. I had already had one company out who told us the bathroom wall would have to be ripped down and there was no way to know what make the set was because of it's age. They did not tile and said it was extremely costly to persue this repair. So when Adan showed up to give us an estimate and we asked when he could fit the job in....he said "right now" we were dumbfounded! The work entailed more than he thought but he just went at it and stayed till it was finished. He cleaned up after himself and we could not have been more pleased. I highly recommend this company and would definately use them again.

Within half an hour of placing my inquiry on the site, I had a call back and service set up. The work was done within about 7 hours of my first contact and there was no mess to clean up afterward.
