A serviceman came within two hours of my call, and I received a call that he was about 25 minutes away. He came with disposable booties so as not to track in dirt! After examining the situation, he offered me two repair options (repair leak or replace unit). We discussed it, and since my unit was 24 years old and the price difference was about $150, I decided to go ahead and replace the unit. He did do expeditiously, and showed me what he did. It's working perfectly. My husband said we may have paid a premium price, but the quick and friendly service and competence are worth it!

I called Michigan Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc to come check my water heater. It had suddenly stopped working. The young woman on the phone was very courteous. She immediately scheduled an appt for me. The tech ( Adam ) arrived. He was professional, and polite. He checked the water heater, and concluded that all that was needed was a slight cleaning, and adjustment. He took care of the issue, and was done quickly. Issue resolved. When he was asked about the bill, he said it was no charge. Considering it was my elderly parents who were home, and not myself. Plus the excellent service. I will certainly be using Michigan Plumbing Sewer and Drain Cleaning, Inc as my plumbing service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The other company never called. I have been aware of Mich Plumbing for years. They called before I could close my laptop, were there and installed the new water heater 2 days later. They have also serviced where I work. Problem with Mich Plumbing is they are pricey. It is true they don't charge overtime or late night fees, but I end up paying for those types of emergencies thru regular service.

Knew what had to be done and worked efficiently to get the job done!
