Was contacted very quickly. An appointment was set for water heater repair in 3 days. It was determined that a replacement of the 19 year old water heater was necessary. The pricing book was confusing for both the tech and myself. He didn't have a water heater on his truck for my application, however he returned within an hour with one and installed very efficiently. He cleaned up the work area and hauled away our old water heater, leaving us with hot water and a smile.

They contacted me immediately and said someone would be here when they could today. Hopefully within a couple of hours. In less than an hour I received another call saying he would be here shortly. The gentlemen was pleasant, professional and went above and beyond what needed to done to fix my problem. I am very grateful.
