Michigan Plumbing was great!! They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and did it. They were very professional and I have already used them for another job.

They came out on Sunday to view Water Heater issue, diagnosed problem and did not charge me for that. Only charged me for work they performed on actual repair. Very reponsive. Scott, the Servie Tech, was friendly and professional.

The technician that came out was very pleasent and professional. The only complaint I have was the cost. I just did not expect the price tag that came with the job. That estimate very welll maybe the going cost but I was surprised. The first thing he wanted to do for a non working garbage disposal was to replace it for approx. $500. When I talked to him for awhile and stated that I didn't have that kind of money I asked him if there was anything else he could do to make it work. He took the key turned it and it worked and it cost me $145. I would think that would have been the first thing he would do...not try to sell me a $500 new disposal.

Pros: Good quaility work, very courteous technitions, prompt service. Cons: Expensive fixed rates. Recommend they offer varing rates for services requested.

Prompt and professional....... had a problem with being charged $171.00 for a thermocouple that sells for $7.99 at any appliance parts store, but I wasn't home and I told my wife to just have him fix it before she could tell me what the diagnosis was...... live and learn...... but if you are incapable of installing any service parts and must rely on a pro, then this company is the one to call....... as for me, I'll do my homework before my checking account takes another hosing

Contacted me with in 2 hours of the search and arrived on time for our appointment. Worked quickly to remedy my problem, and offered me all of my options.

They were very helpful and came on the same day as the request. My only complaint is that I printed off a coupon from the service master website that was not honored by them due to some requirement that was not cited on the website or the coupon that the fee had to be over $200....

Clean, quic and profisent.

Cleaned out a lower level drain and made a video tape of the problem.

Very professional and the rate was extremely reasonable!
