It started with free estimate. They took me out into the service area and showed me the problems. I signed the form and watched news and espn for one hour and 10 minutes.

Clean, place, nice clean guys. In 20 minutes they had an estimate alone with a plan B

They have been the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I originally used them last summer and the repair they did has required me to take my car back five times since then because the service that they did was bad. They put in a bad part that had to be replaced that many times. The service was bad and they were rude in terms of their customer service. I was having problems and it kept going bad. It started to affect my brakes while commuting several hundred miles a week to Michigan. They were not thorough and it has been an extremely unpleasant experience to keep going back to them. I took my car to another service provider for an oil change and it turned out to be another problem with the work that I had done from Lentz USA Service Center. Their price was average. I will never go back to them in the future.
