+ -1 moreI felt that Brian's approach as friendly and professional. Though his approach of having him send him pictures would not work for everyone, he did say that coming out was possible as well. I felt the quote was given to me in in a fair turn around, and the price he came up with was appropriate.
Description of Work: Brian provided a qoute, via picture messaging, for the installation of a dishwasher into a counter top/cabinet that was too small to fit the dishwasher. He provided a fair and reasonable price, with in a good amount of time.

Description of Work: Had water leaking into the fireplace. Current cap was not effective in deflecting a heavy rain. Brian had to fabricate a new top cap - there was not a commercial one available. He ground off the rust, repainted and sealed the chimney cap. No more leakage.

+ -1 moreThe work went as promised, extremely competent and polite workers that left no mess. Price was very competitive and payment terms comfortable. As with all old roofs, some adjustments were made once some 'hidden damage' was discovered... Brian was VERY reasonable with pricing and terms. I intend to use Brian again on several projects, as his work is professional and his attention to detail is excellent. He is a great resource.
Description of Work: Did repair and re-roofing on our 30' front porch and re-roofed an addition on our home.

Description of Work: I asked him to fix the fascia/soffit around the back of the house. He said it was fine. I let him know that I think it is ugly, and I wanted it replaced. He said "that is how your house looks." I found another company to do the work with no problem, and now it looks great.

+ 0 moreOverall, this guy is great at what he does. He is so personable, and is not in the business of gouging people for his services. He does not hesitate to make suggestions or ask questions to be sure he's doing what you want done. He's prompt, thorough, and puts out quallity work. If you want the job done right, he's the one I'd recommend.
Description of Work: Fire damage to one side of my garage was fixed. This involved removing the damaged siding as well as the remaining siding on one side of the garage. We received a detailed written estimate for the job and a clear, understandable contract for services. Supplies were delivered on time, and even with a weather delay, work was finished within the time promised. The work site was kept clean daily and we experienced no major inconveniences. The finished product looks great, even better than before the damage. I was also pleased that Brian checked with us several days later to make sure everything was ok. This is the second time we have used Brian's services and I won't hesitate to use him again.
