Pretty bad experience this time around. I went there to have the tires rotated. Our hub caps require a special tool (which isn't too uncommon) to be removed. The individual removing the hub cap broke the decorative cover off. He came to me and offered to super glue it on... Seriously? That was all they offered. Of course, I allowed them to glue it on... it never made it home.
They should have offered to buy me a new one. They broke it, they should have replaced it.

Quick service, good value, clean facility. Downside: I was told I needed front end service and that they could do It. I declined. My independent mechanic said that I did not need the work. Next time I will go to a business that only sells tires.

They are prompt, efficient and and friendly and offer some of the best prices in the area for the services I asked for. They do not operate by appointment but seem to keep the "production" moving along quite well and I am usually surprised at their speed and the accuracy of their estimates.On one occasion they advised against doing some work they could have done and charged me for but told me it was not necessary.On another occasion they waived an insurance deductible and I was able to get the auto glass with no out of pocket expense. And you can really tell if a service provider is professional when they make a mistake (pretty much inevitable sometime!) and take responsibility for it. I had asked for them to do several things on a list, and when one was overlooked they offered to do it immediately and at no charge. Because of repeated experiences like these I will keep returning to them when I need work done on my auto.
