Description of Work: Had to pay an overpriced service call. Wanted to get an estimate on some work done. There estimate was way overpriced as I found competition willing to do it for 700 less than them. Bummer as I had more work for them too and they will not be earning my business |

Description of Work: I just had a clogged drain. I'm glad I got the special because otherwise if would of been over $80. I wish they had a low set price for clogged drains. I can understand if a clogged drain becomes a bigger issue or includes more labor for a repair for it to cost more. But for something so simple it would be nice to just have a set low price. | |They contacted me within 2 business days and they were punctual. I would use them again if I had a coupon. Otherwise I suppose I will have to deal with clogged drain myself.

Description of Work: Replaced 10 year old 50 gallon electric hot water heater with new one in the garage. Went well except they did not have a pan to put under the heater to direct future water issues into a drain; so I went & bought one from HD and the plumber lifted the new heater as I slide it under. Electric heaters are not always available, so took till the next day to get the heater. Plumber arrived early.

Description of Work: Installed new dishwasher because Home Depot couldn't do it when delivered. Said they couldn't get water valve to shut off. I called Lake Orion Plumbing and Heating and they handled it for me. Have used them in the past and will continue to use this company. They are very professional and don't charge an arm and leg for the work they perform.

Description of Work: Water heater was not working, replaced some do the parts and still would. to work. Talked about putting in new water heater. Told them I wanted other estimates for the job. Had them put the parts back on and the hot water tank started working again with the old parts. Today it is still working

Description of Work: I had a water pressure back up sump pump installed. Bill did the installation and was vewry professional. I had three estimates and Lake Orion Plumbing and Heating (LOPH) was the lowest using superior equipment. The installation was excellent and I will use LOPH again and highly recommend them to friends and family.
