Over that time, we have grown to 8 employees and six service vehicles. We specialize in Bat and Mice control services - It's all we do! Once you meet us, you are going to want to work with us. We specialize in 2 areas: BAT REMOVAL and MICE CONTROL. We offer humane bat exclusion services to maintain bat-free homes. We specialize in this service and are the ONLY company recommended by the Organization for Bat Conservation for SE Michigan. Our Prevent-A-Mouse program is an evolved process that can solve your mouse problem. Due to the reproductive power of this rodent, effective control requires breaking the population boom cycle.

The CC technician placed rodenticide both indoors and out. Haven't heard the mice in the attic since.

Needed assistance with pest control and extermination (mice). Called Critter Catchers and they were able to send someone out that day to inspect the house. David was extremely professional and courteous and really helped to explain my options. The cost I provided included the house inspection and opting in for their full mice control program which included preventative measures for my attic, garage, basement, main floor, and exterior of the house. I'm sure others would consider these services costly, but for me it paid for peace of mind and quality of service in addition to actually getting rid of the mice! Would definitely recommend them if you have bat or mice issues as that's what they specialize in.

We called Critter Catchers (on the weekend) and they were able to send someone out the same day! The woman answering the phones was very nice (sorry! I can't recall her name) and handled my call with professionalism. She gave us a reasonable time frame (2-4 hours) for when they could come out later that day. I also received a call prior to the service tech arriving confirming I was home (very helpful to know when they are coming). Chad, the worker who came to my home, was very nice and professional the whole time. He inspected my home and laid traps while explaining how each type of trap worked and the reasoning behind using them in the different areas of the home. Chad also went over the options of having an additional external trap(s) as well as the internal traps.

From phone to e-mail to in-person consultation, we found Critter Catchers to be incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. Brian took great care in explaining everything, and he was completely willing to look at all the areas of the house we were concerned about (attic, garage, and basement). It was a relief, of course, to find out we don't have bats, but perhaps more importantly, it was great to find a provider with such integrity.

Had Critter Catcher's come out to remove bats and mice from our attic. The company came out when only my wife was home - who is deathly afraid of any animal in the house and I think they knew she would have paid anything to get them out of our house. The company charged us a $119 service fee, $95 for prevent-a-mouse packets and $260 on exterior bait stations. Needless to say I think this would have taken care of many mice colonies instead of the couple of mice that we had. With the bat removal, this was the second time we had them come out (we had a new roof put on which voided any warranty and I completely understand). This time they tripled the cost of the bat prevention from roughly $400 to a starting cost of $1,200 - more depending on the amount of work that needed to be done on the roof. I understand that the company prides themselves on being experts, but I ended up going with another company that cost me $400 and had a longer warranty. I would definitely not recommend.

"I wish that you would have been present during the inspection so that you could been part of the decision making process. We schedule inspections 7 days a week, so we can accommodate busy schedules. Our business has evolved over the last decade. We are focused on providing a very high level of service. The experience that you have with our team, and the extent of caulking/sealing (for bats) is quite a different level from other service providers. Our prices are not the cheapest, but they are realistic. Our initial service call is quoted over the phone ($149 as of 2016). If you need a bat exclusion, we can provide a ballpark over the phone, so you can have an idea before you commit to having us out. We believe that having the best team, proper level of insurance, realistic guarantee, and a responsive customer service staff is more important than a cheap price. Our website has a link on the homepage to investigate contractors. It is a good place for members to find the company that is the best fit for them."

They took care of the problem. I remember them being kind of pricey. I have absolutely no idea on their punctuality and professionalism because I was working. We would probably use them in the future.
