I would never ever use this company. Approximately 1 year after the roof was installed we had 2 leaks. One in the garage and one in our great room. The company sent someone out and said that the garage leaks were due to ice dams. We had $800 worth of electrical tape put into the gutters by Bright Side. Every time the tape went it blew a fuse. We called the owner numerous times to complain, she would not answer are calls or her receptionist said she was not in. After 2 years of putting up with the leaks with no response from the company we had to have a brand new roof replaced. We had 3 other roofing companies and a home inspector come out to inspect the roof. These companies said that they did an inferior job and a terrible job and we did not have ice dams. Also the company did not pull a building permit with the city of Sterling Height so we had no recourse in suing this company to have the roof .  I would stay away from this company at all costs. They were the cheapest which is not always the best.
