Called last week to schedule appointment to have my older terrier mix dog groomed. Very professional and friendly, and got me in early the next week. Tracy asked questions as to how I wanted him groomed, as this was our first time, and I appreciated her attention to detail. I asked her opinion on a couple things and she was helpful and informative. She was also very aware and respective of the fact that he was older and weaker in the back legs and assured me - she could work with him if he wanted to sit after a while. My dog did not seem nervous and I felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She was geniounly caring and has a real love for dogs that seemed apparent. The grooming job was fabulous!! Exactly what I was hoping for and even more to my liking than the previous place I had taken him for 6 years where we lived before. It was exactly what we talked about and it was very obvious it mattered to her that I was pleased and she takes pride in her work. She took great care of him. He was in good spirits and didn't even seem too tired that night. He even had many growths on his skin from older age to maneuver around and his coat was so even and smooth. I don't know how she did such a smooth job in the time period. I like the fact she used only natural products on her clients, and stays clear of the harsh chemicals. He didn't smell like strong perfume, thankfully, but just looked, felt and smelled very clean. Great experience! Tracy is a talented and caring dog groomer!!

Great she finished early. They are absolutely beautiful! Proper cut length on coat, and best of all, my dogs balls are not cherry red, like the other places I tried. They would shave them so close they would have razor burn. My dogs would constantly lick themselves and looked very painful. Tracy Greeley wins! Give her a try you'll be glad you did!
