Roger was able to send Aaron the same day I called; it was determined that my 16-year-old opener was fried, and they came out the next day to install a new one, and it's so quiet I have to check to make sure it's gone down when I close it. They also came out a couple weeks after to help me program the remote opener in my car because I couldn't figure it out myself. These guys are the BEST!
