Les was wonderful to work with. He was very nice and professional and got the job done well even though our pipes gave him a hard time at first. I really enjoyed working with Les and will definitely contact him again with any other plumbing questions.

Very professional. Was great in responding to questions I had before he arrived. The day of the service he called to let us know he was running a few minutes behind due to another service call and then called later to let us know he was on his way to our home. Mr Butler answered with in minutes of my request and set up an appointment for the next day. He arrived at the appointed time and even gave a courtesy call to say he was on his way. The job was a simple fix for the drain that was slow.Mr Butler showed me how I can fix this problem in the future on my own. Price was inexpensive and Mr Butler showed expertise and professialisim in his work. I would hire him again.

Les did a wonderful job on getting our drains to drain

Les came in and located the main drain pipes underneath my foundation with a camera and sound equipment. He did a very professional and excellent job. The price he told me over the phone didn't change. He showed up early and even waited for me as I was running late from work. 5 stars work and professionalism.

Les was the Best! He explained from start to finish. He arrived within 24 hours of my backup and stayed well after his estimated time to get me up and flushing... He is a true pro who came with all the advanced equipment camera and all. I would surely say that He should be your first choice for a professional plumber. Nice guy, quick response time. Only thing was repairs were much more than originally quoted and I was not told about additional cost until the project was completed. I would have appreciated a quick " by the way it's going to be 115.00 more than we talked about" very professional, good communication during scheduling. I would recommend and I would use the, again.

My concern was sewer gas. But ii turned out to be a rotting mouse. He disposed of it, saving me the gross job. He was very prompt and personable.

Les was very professional, kind, polite and considerate. I placed the "ad" at 11:15pm on a Monday night...and he called by 11:20pm the same night. When I called him to come out to the house, he wore shoe covers so our floors won't get dirty. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Loved that fact that he had a coupon on line we could use too. Would hire him again in a heart beat. WELL DONE! Thanks Les!
