Les come out the same day, and was willing to come out after 8:00pm which was awesome. It really helped us out. He got right to the point and got the job done, explained why we had a problem and it was takes care of. Also gave us a 30 day warranty. It was worth the money due to the fact he had to work from outside at night in the cold. He didn’t complain one bit. And was very nice and polite. We would and will recommend him to anyone! It’s never fun having to call someone out for plumbing problem but he makes it the best experience it can be! Overall all good things to say! Thanks again!

Les our Plummer did an excellent job

We called Butler's Rooter service on a Sunday, to see about getting a dishwasher installed. Within the hour of calling, Les came out and gave us a price and then scheduled the job for later that evening. Besides the regular install, the job required replacing a water line and valve replacement. Within 2 hours, the job was completed. The workmanship is superb and the customer service is what every company should strive to attain. I am very happy with Butler's Rooter service and would highly recommend using this company. You will be glad you did.
