Excellent installation - very clean
GFI circuit 'required by the inspector turned out to be incorrectly required by the inspector. Trzos came out immediately to remove it since it was constantely tripping.
At my request, Trzos attempred to improve humidifier by tapping water off of HOT water pipe. Humidty still is too low and there is no simgle humidifier unit that can keep up 45% in the winter.
Office helped with rebates from both Feds and DTE - very courteous and proficient

I did not choose this company to replace my home A/C system.

They did a great job and I was very pleased with work. They were also prompt and again it was excellent work. I had a very pleasent experience.

Reasonable estimates and prices, truthful, honest, reliable, hard workers. They go out of their way to be fair. Best office staff and service people in the business. Explain everything in detail.

I called this company along with two others because I needed to get my furnaces and air conditioners replaced. The furnaces had been red tagged by Consumers Power. I had two of each, one for each level of my house. I didn’t like the first person I had out. I would not have hired him under any circumstances. The second was fine. He suggested that he supply me with air conditioners that are perfectly legal but will not be manufactured next year. That would have saved some money. I asked if it was possible to use one furnace and air conditioner and he said no because of the duct work. I then had Phil from Otto Trzos come out. He was recommended by a co-worker and, while there were not a lot of reviews on this company, all reviews were excellent on Angie’s list. I am very pleased. He was on time for the appointment. He gave me an estimate for the job and told me (without my prompting) that I should not use an older model air conditioner; it would be even harder to sell my house. (I had told all three companies that I want to sell the house) Then (again without my prompting) he did some more paper work and suggested that I use one furnace and one air conditioner. I told him that I was told that could not be done. He said that it could, his company could rework the duct work. The one furnace cost more than two: however it is high efficiency which will, not only save me money as I use it but, qualify for gas and electric company rebates and a tax credit, making it actually cost less than the two. The furnace is zoned, so I still have the benefit of two units. The day the installation was to take place, the crew was on time. This has never happened to me before. Usually they give you a time, come late and say they need to stop for supplies, carrying coffee and doughnuts. They told me it would take two days to do the work and it took two days to complete the work. Both days they were on time. They did their best to keep my home clean (honestly I had a layer or grime on my floors and countertops, but I think that could not be helped as they took out the old furnaces.) They put down a runner where they had to walk from back door to basement and, when installing the thermostats, they took off their shoes. I was not home while they did the work, only greeted them in the morning and checked in at lunch. The crew was very polite and knowledgeable. They finished when I was not there, so when I came home I realized that there were a few things I didn’t know. When I called the office and talked to Phyllis I had a list of questions (about the filters and the humidifier and the thermostats). Before I could ask them, she said that the head of the crew felt I would need a courtesy call from them to have the filters, the humidifier and the thermostats explained. We made an appointment at my convenience to have this done. Everything was good, but I did not have the proper forms to send in for the rebates. Phyllis said that as soon as she got them she would send them to me. Yesterday I received these forms. She filled them out completely with the model numbers, serial numbers and all other technical information the power companies wanted. She highlighted the areas I had to fill out and sign. It was great!!! Very organized. I look forward to receiving my rebates and tax credit I was very pleased with this company. Considering that I did not want to spend the money or have the work done, they made it as painless as possible.

There are several capable people, but I think David does a particularly good job. He arrives on time, cleans the furnace/air conditioner and adjusts the systems for the appropriate season.

Overall it has gone very well. They are very punctual and they always call to make sure you're okay with the schedule. They are very trustworthy and they do a nice job. I would recommend them to others.

This contractor is always very courteous and knowledgeable about what it is he installs and uses. I was very pleased with the quality of his work and also the fact that he always shows up when he says he is going to be here. The furnace works really well and although I don t remember the exact price, I know it was reasonable. I highly recommend them,

His pricing is really competitive and he knows what he's doing. He is a sincere guy and is good at trouble shooting your problem. He usually has the parts I need right in his truck so there is no waiting.
