Urban Modern Hair

As a recommendation from a friend I scheduled a cut and color at this salon and went in. It was a very hip salon and appeared to be a fun environment. The stylist was 10 minutes late and when she finally began, it felt as though she did not listen to a word that I had said. My hair was no longer blonde and the cut was a bit shorter and choppy making it look as though the hair was fried.The owner called a couple of days later and said she would fix the color and cut, she fixed the color and passed me on to another stylist for the cut that seemed a bit better, however the cut was still choppy and other than cutting it all off the only solution was extensions.I returned a few days later for the extensions and they looked a little like a mullet once it was done, but not so bad that I was unable to tolerate it. Less than 24 hours after the extensions were put in, I woke up and two had fallen out. I was unable to return because I had left on vacation. It has been 2 weeks since they were put in and during the entire trip the extensions were falling out and still are..
