The installers were very efficient and Lee did a great job explaining the job.

They were very punctual from the minute we called them - during estimates as well as installation - They always called if there were any delays. Once they started they stayed on the project till the end. I was not home on the last day that they were there - there were two details that I was not pleased with and wrestled back and forth on if I should contact them. They were not huge issues but bugged me. I E-mailed Matt with pictures of those two areas - he immediately responded - gave me a few options for the resolution - and within a few days the job foreman was back (I was not there) and he exceeded my expectations on what we agreed on. Would definitely recommend them for your home remodel project!

The cew were fast and efficient. They completely cleaned up when finished, including sweeping for nails with magnets. They removed all debris and let us with an attractive roof. They finished one day sooner than promised. Their personnel were all very friendly and helpful. We were very satisfied with the entire experience.

Not an expert, just knew I had asbestos based old cement siding and was looking to find a way to get vinyl. They called promptly, started to talk about scheduling. I thought siding over it would be best, based on conversation with a siding rep from Home Depot. However, he shifted conversation very quickly to we don't want your business once they found out we had asbestos siding. No suggestions from them on what they would recommend. Tried to talk about taking it down ourselves first; then having them come out and do the siding. He didn't even bite on that, didn't even let me finish suggestion. Very abrupt, simply didn't want to be helpful or offer any type of insight as to what we could do in our case. Hopefully someone else will help to direct us. I guess they are great, as long as the job is exactly what they are looking for.

Lyster Exteriors installed a new roof on my large ranch style home. Their price was competitive, workmanship and professionalism excellent. They completed the job as fast as possible, working in the hottest period of the summer. Each day and after the job was completed they cleaned up very well. Communication and response to concerns with my contact person, Luke Albrecht, was also excellent. I highly recommend them.

After our extensive rain in May, we noticed a small amount of water in our office (first floor), yet no water anywhere else on the second story or first story of our house. Lee came out that day and assessed the roof and attic space to determine that the roof boots are rotted (23 year old house) and needed replacing. The team was out within a week or so to replace it. No issues since, and we have had significant rain after installation without any leaks to have fully tested it! Highly recommend Lee and the installation team. Very friendly, professional, and efficient.

We have over a dozen trees in our front and back yard that cover our roof with leaves, acorns, etc. every year. The previous owners installed custom foam to fill the gutters, which just collects water and dirt. In addition, they never installed gutters on the upper story of our home, leaving all of the water to land on the lower story and beat up our roof. Lee came for the estimate, and suggested the upper story gutters with downspouts, as well as the Leaf Relief product installed in all gutters to manage the debris. The team came and installed the product within a week or two. Friendly, professional and very easy to work with.

LYSTER was AWESOME, from salesman Luke to Jesse and Justin and the whole crew. They new how upset we were the first time with a bad situation. They could have been my Psychyatrists, they handled everything with kidd gloves and we are so happy. Lystyers' crew went above (no pun intended) and beyond. Polite, respectful of owners and the property. LYSTER took pictures of the faulty work by previous company and the lack of not doing what we paid alot of money for! Our situation was so awful with the previous people (cASS Construction). they literally ruined the inside of our house. Put on a more than faulty roof. Cost us thousands of dollars and for nothing! Lyster is by no way the cheapest bid, but they did all that and more. Angie, put LYSTER EXTERIORS at the top of your BEST in SOUTHWEST MI and beyond. I could do a commercial that is how much am at ease with our new roof, valley's, flashing, gutters etc. We had 2 other companies out to quote us, but Luke did a total inspection and breakdown with options for price and materials etc. He also sent brochures on the products they were going to use so we knew exactly what to expect. I could go on, basically I want to work for them as I believe Lyster Exteriors has a great work ethic, and you don't find that to often in this day and age. Questions, call me ! They were courteous, on time, did a great job and except for the work done I would have never known they were there. I have gardens all along the house and garage which were left undamaged. I was impressed.

Lyster's was like an extended family, holding my hand and supporting me with all my concerns through out the entire remodeling process. They are highly professional and reliable; but most importantly they COMMUNICATED during the entire process and kept me up to date consistently without me having to call them. I had at least 4-6 other companies that I had called for quotes and most of them never even responded or when they did get back with me it was well it will be between this amount and this amount. How can you be in business and not be able to give me a precise estimate or quote? Lyster's was comparable to other companies in the area. But what I like most was that it was one stop shopping; I only had to deal with them instead of several different companies for windows, doors, etc. I only wish that they did it all; meaning kitchen and bathrooms. I have been spoiled and it will be hard to deal with other contractors after receiving such high quality customer service and work!!!

Crew was on time, completed the work proposed and left the property clean. The work done was well done.

Leak was repaired. Service Manager, Sy, was very conscientious.

Scott was very patient and a general pleasure to work with. He was very honest in telling us that our shutters and gutters needed to be replaced and gave solid reasons why. We went with Lyster Exteriors because of the presentation, knowledge and reputation they have in the field we used them. I was further impressed when the crew showed up to complete the work. They dressed decent and were very good at picking up after themselves throughout the whole process. I would refer them to anyone to do anything involving home improvements.

Quick response to request for an estimate. Roof replaced and clean up done in one day. Siding and windows complete in one day.

Removing the old windows was extremely difficult as many were cemented in. Lyster's scheduled the installation for a weekend so that the building would not have workers present. They arrived promptly on Sat. morning (6 workers), and finished the job the same day. Couple of areas needed more cleaning up (do to the fact the the windows had to be broken and frames cut out) after they left but overall an excellent job! Luke came back the next day to see how I liked them, AND gave me a check for $50.00 for a referral fee because my mother had used them and I called them again!

See services comment. Work went well, perhaps a bit expensive, but that's always subjective. bottom line was the work was done well and the leaking problem resolved.

The job went faster than they estimated and faster than we expected. The team worked very well in extreme heat (115 degrees on the roof the day they were working). They did a great job of clean up at the end.

They were very good. There was a slight problem and they did follow-up with that and took care of it for me. Their price was competitive.

The young man who did the work was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to have them around the house. I would highly recommend Lyster Exteriors. They do good work and they are honest people. Our new roof is beautiful! Our salesperson, Luke, was VERY helpful. We especially appreciated that he provided us with addresses of actual customers whose roofs had been done by Lyster that we could drive by and look at for color/style ideas. This was very helpful in making our shingle selection. The roofing crew was conscientious regarding our property/landscaping and worked hard to finish our project in a timely way. We would highly recomment Lyster Exteriors.

We thoroughly researched the project for this roof and obtained 4 quotations. Three of the bidders were of similar quality, but Lyster was significantly better priced than the other two. The plan for installation was well thought out and included all elements we had reviewed with the other bidders. The crew showed up promptly on the day scheduled and worked long days to complete the job in the predicted time frame (3 days). All materials and installation was professionally performed, with complete clean-up at the end of each day of work. It was a relief to have this work completed with such quality before the rains came and at a very reasonable cost. Lyster needs to be on every locals bid list for consideration for roofing work.

They did.a great job. Came to the house for an estimate, and installed 3 of the 4 boots the same day. I needed brown and he only had 3 so he ordered me the forth. The forth boot came in a few days later as he said and installed.

Luke did a great job in estimating the job, following up with an estimate. Estimate presentation far exceeded any others we received. Luke came to explain the estimate inperson, go over the process, the warranty, the timeframe, etc. Very professional. Job started as promised, completed as promised and the property was left completely clean with no debris from the job.
