I brought my vehicle in for a cat converter to be put on. I brought my own parts. Originally, I was told the price would be $110. I left paying a little over $200. I let them know I wasn't happy about this. They just acted like they didn't care...rude and snobby. I also gave them 4 new O2 sensors with instructions to replace only the 3. The 4th one had already been replaced but I wasn't sure the numbering system of the sensors which is why I picked up all 4. In fact, the instructions were written down as to which one was already replaced and I have it on my copy of the receipt so they knew of this! Unfortunately, they were closed when I picked up my vehicle and I didn't know about this until I got home. No way to return any parts, now. Last time I am using this place.

Awesome service,I always go there and my estimate is spot on and I always get my car back before its promised time. Will not ever go anywhere else for repairs. I just wish they were open on the weekends.

I have gone to Lowder's for the past 8 years, and they've always been great to deal with. Many times their estimates are higher than the final cost. They are quick. If we've brought a car down there thinking that we had a problem with something, and they couldn't figure it out, they have no hesitation in saying so. I appreciate their honesty, punctuality and value.

We've taken our vehicles to Lowder's for repair and maintenance for several years. They have always been helpful, knowledgeable, have called with price estimates before doing the work, and have completed the work quickly. We make inconvenient drives across town in order to bring our business there.

We're very happy with them. They are very accurate in their diagnosis, their prices are fair, they do what they say they are going to do and don't inflate the bill. I find that remarkable.
