Kalamazoo Mechanical Inc

Our furnace went out in the dead of winter. Our home, which we just purchased a few months prior, was fortunately still under warranty. After speaking to the warranty company, they told us to call Kalamazoo Mechanical. We called them, and someone came the next day to look at the furnace. He told us that it was dead and we needed a new one. He also told us that they would have to reline the inside of the chimney as well. We would have to pay for the chimney to get relined and the difference of what the insurance company didn't cover on the furnace. After we finalized everything that had to be done, he made an appointment for the end of the week. After sitting in the dark cold house for FOUR DAYS, they finally came and installed the new furnace.Everything was fine untill we started to notice a dripping coming from our chimney. We questioned it because we new it probably wasn't normal for a puddle of water to be sitting underneath the pipe that goes to our chimney.We called up Kalamazoo Mechanical to come check it out. The guy told us that our chimney liner was probably rusting out. I was shocked when he told us this because they just came and replaced it a few weeks earlier. My husband was confused He called them up to question what happened. The guy was extremely rude to him! My husband hates confrontation, so I knew they must have been pretty disrespectful to get him that upset. Finally my husband told the guy to look back at his paperwork. There was a long pause on the phone and then the guy said we'll be there tomorrow. Three guys came back the next day to put new liner in the chimney (which we paid to have done the first time). My husband had to go out to his car to grab something and overheard the guy who was in charge tell the other two guys don't spend to much time here, he's getting this for free!! My husband pulled one of the guys aside and said did he just say I'm getting this for free?? The guy said yes and my husband explained the situation to him. He was very curtious and appologized to my husband for the other rude guy. We were very disatisfied with this company because all of the work we paid for didn't get done the first time. We felt like we were decieved a little bit.
