The customer service for maintenance and repairs is very pathetic. The issues started 6 weeks ago with our windows. I called him around the 10th of June about the issue. They did warranty the windows for life. Because they are not making any money of repairs, they are very unresponsive. He has lied several times about when he would show up. We were told the parts were ordered and found out that they were not. The locks on the windows needed to be repaired and this has been drug out for 6 weeks now with now resolution.
