Description of Work: Performed the work in my absence. Tore down and replaced very damaged dining room ceiling as well as fixed broken bathtub pipe that caused the ceiling damage. Also tore off outside stairwell took off old door Put new framing and siding on as well as interior sheetrock. Also made sure dr ceiling fixture was working correctly.

Description of Work: "They did a badly needed roofing job on a very large roof (49 square). they replaced several 4x8 roofing boards a well as rebuilding an overhang over a rock garden. they also did some gutter work. They worked fast and they efficiently worked around rain. (they made sure the roof was water sealed at all times when rain was expected.) Very happy the job. |We've used Gar Gillespie for all sorts of maintenance for the last 20 years over 2 houses. He is extremely knowledgeable, and is willing to bring in experts when he needs them in order to offer options on hard-to-solve problems. Recommend highly."
