"New Image Remodeling apologizes if we missed getting an estimate to (member name removed). I am not able to locate any information regarding her project. We acknowledge that it is possible that, in all our busy-ness, we may have mistakenly gotten that information mixed in with other job information. I usually tell clients to call us if they feel that we are taking too long to get an estimate back to them. I did not receive any such call and without being able to locate any information, I don't have any phone number to call Kathleen. "New Image Remodeling completed exactly and entirely what we agreed to do for Andrea Giba. We repaired her chimney brick by cutting and tuck-pointing the brick joints on the face of the chimney. She believes that we knocked off her metal chimney flue cap which sets on the concrete chimney cap but we didn't do any work near on or above the concrete chimney cap. The metal chimney flue cap was still in place when we left her house. The chimney is in such bad shape that strong winds last Winter likely knocked it off. We do not do any chimney repair work --- chimney professionals do and we suggested that she contact them about this matter (we were not going to contact anyone for her). We have been as flexible with her as we possibly can be, even allowing her to make payments over a period of months---when everyone else pays in full upon completion. She waits too long to call someone to get proper repairs done and then doesn't have the money set aside to pay for the work. We just tired of the whole situation. We did not and would not talk to her in a sarcastic manner --- we're more professional than that. We have done our best for her---same as for anyone else. Jim, New Image Remodeling"
We were very satisfied with the job done by NIR. Even though it was a relatively small job they were willing to work with us and allow us to contribute to the level of our ability and time. This included the willingness to consider and adapt to newer design concepts that we wanted to incorporate into the project. Because we could be flexible with the timing and scheduling of our project they were able to work our job into their schedule much earlier than if they had had to preschedule each component into one larger block of time. We appreciated this flexibility.

Our job went great from quote to finish. Jim from New Image is a great listener and very responsive. We knew what we wanted, but we didn't know exactly how to do it. Jim was able to take our goals and come back to us with great ideas on how we could fit a new garage addition into the space that we had. He creatively solved several design challenges and it resulted in a fantastic looking addition. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to hire Jim and his team again in the future.
We were comfortable with Jim, Tom and John from the start. Jim was a good listener and cared about what our goals were and was very upfront and honest when it came to costs. They kept it as "livable" as possible! They were very patient with our questions and concerns. When issues came up they were communicated and resolved quickly.
They were fun to work with and easy to get along with and they do quality work. We would certainly not hesitate to use them again.
Peace of mind is hard to find in today's world, but we can unequivocally recommend New Image. We would hire them again without a moment's hesitation.
Right from the first call to this office everything was smooth, prompt and efficient. Jim came to our house for the quote within a couple of days of our 1st call. He listened to our questions and wants then gave us an estimate. It was reasonable and the work was begun about 1 week later and was finished within 3 days (relocation of outlets and phone jack included). the third day was just to do a second coating of mud. The 3 guys that did the work were also very professional and efficient. We are now enjoying the job that was done!
This was the 3rd job I've had New Image Remodelling do for us. Four years ago they remodeled our entryway & bath to make them more handicap accessible. The work was perfect! Best of all, they listen to your ideas instead of just doing a "typical, run of the mill job". That's what has me hooked on them.
- where careful in their work, used plenty of spread clothes on the area they were working on.
- cleaned up nicely after themselves.
- made it possible for me to use my old window blind, covering all five windows.
- did not bring radio to blare loud music while they worked.
- were just all around nice guys to talk to.

I told the customer, then, that I would get back to them as quick as I could with a quote but it definitely would be a few weeks or so, especially when I get called out of my office unexpectedly which doesn't allow me to get quotes done as soon as I would like.
