Description of Work: We called in early May and scheduled an appointment for a roof estimate. Date and time were set up. Fast forward 2 weeks. That time came and went and this company was a no show. No call or anything. We rearranged our schedule to both be present ...unacceptable! We called and they close at 3pm on fridays even though the website states they are open until 5pm on Friday's. When you are planning to pay a company roughly $5000 and they never call or show up that equals an unreliable company that won't get our business.

Description of Work: Cleared air "slots" in eves. Replaced eves and installed new eves troughs and insulated attic. All but insulation went well, had problrm with third party insulators but Above Roofing quickly resolved the issue. Very professional and responsive.

Description of Work: Replaced roof. Most of the plywood was defective and had to b replaced. This was not know ahead of time but it was done in a reasonable and fair manner. May not be the cheapest but overall the experience was positive. Did not get another price so not sure if it would have been cheaper with someone else.

Description of Work: Jerry inspected our roof for insurance purposes and conducted some minor repairs. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We'd gladly have him back for an estimate when we're ready to re-roof in a couple years.

Description of Work: Increased attic ventilation to reduce formation of ice dams following heavy snowfall. Work went well. It remains to be seen whether or not it solves the ice dam problem.

Description of Work: Great company to work with. My roof was leaking and they responded to my call very quickly. Although they weren't able to do the work right away, they were able to temporarily stop up the leak until they could return. They returned and fixed up my roof a couple of weeks later. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: He did an awesome job getting the ice dams from the edge of my roof. Clean up was great.

Description of Work: This went well from the start. I called their office and was told that the quoter would be at my house on a certain day at 11 :30 am. Jay Rainer was there right on time. He looked at my flat 3 season roof and explained what material would be used etc. NO HIGH PRE$SSURE. Everyone from the office girl to the workers were polite, hard working and friendly.When I asked Jay when did he think the job would take place, he thought about 3 weeks because some of the product needed warmer temps. Well, everyone knows what happened with the weather. It stayed cold and rained. They finally got the job done and I am pleased. Jay came back after it was ffinished and checked the work. He even picked up a few scraps that were left. Jay is a keeper. I will certainly call them when my garage or house needs shingles. TOP NOTCH COMPANY.

Description of Work: A tree damaged our roof shingles. It was a small project and I wanted to get it fixed before winter hit. Above Roofing came out and treated it like it was a big project. Nice analysis with photos and we worked through a range of options. Above fixed it. No problems sense then. Definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They came out and reviewed my entire roof outisde and inside gave me detailed repair issues and costs along with pictures.

Description of Work: We had a leak on an inside, upstairs wall. Above Roofing came very quickly and guaranteed to fix it for about $500. The first attempt did not work, they came back quickly and did do the job in a very professional way. I would definitely use them again. Great job Above Roofing!

Description of Work: We had a very occasional water leak in the room connecting to the garage. The leak was occasional and small, staining the ceiling below the outside wall. We thought it could be missing flashing. I also wanted to know if my 16 year old roof needed replacing. Neighbors whose roofs were installed about the same time as ours were being replaced. When I called, Robert Freeman, the owner, came over the same day, on his lunch hour, to check our roof. We live about 1-1/2 miles from their office. He said our roof had some more years to go before needing to be replaced. He found the flashing to be fine. After temperarely removing some siding around a window above the leak. He was 95% sure the problem was originating from the seal around the east facing window. Their solution would be to remove the vinyl siding in the area of the window. Seal it properly, then reattach the siding. The siding was still flexible enough to do this. The estimate was $175. The job was scheduled for about 2 weeks. However, about 8-10 days later a repair man called and said because rain forecasts were causing them to change some jobs around he would be there today. He came and made the repairs. Because the leak was so occasional it may be a year before we we are sure it no longer leaks. The invoice was for the quoted $175 amount. I am very pleased with my experience with Above Roofing and would recommend them to anyone. I had selected Above Roofing because of their rating on Angie's List.
