We received a fast and fair quote. The person who came out was professional and explained things well without it feeling like she was "selling." We rate her an "A." The insulation work was supposed to take two days (one for the basement, one for the attic and walls), and it ended up taking more than twice that. The workers could have been more professional, they tended to complain a lot. On day two, during wall insulation, the wall blew out of the upstairs bedroom in our 1940s home (roughly 2'x3'). The exterior work was not neat, leaving dark smudges all over the siding. The basement work left foam in our drain. The workers banged a hole in the wall where the hose came into the house. The attic was not done fully, leaving the door uninsulated. Because we would not remit payment until the issues were addressed, the owner showed up. The follow-up repair and finishing was completed by specialists over 5-6 additional visits over the next month -- one for the attic door, two for the wall. We rate the person who worked on our attic door and the second person who work on our wall an "A". The specialists would show up at 8 or 9, when the office told us they would be here at 1:00. On the positive side, they did discover a bit of wood rot we did not know about, figured out a way to insulate an addition without an attic, and our home is now quiet and quite snug.

It went well. The team was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The work was performed timely and they cleaned up nicely once they were finished. The office staff was polite, courteous, and helpful in scheduling the job, advising on length of the project, and in completing the rebate paperwork for me to submit to the utilities. Terry, Steven, Corey and Brianna were terrific - hard workers, conscientious, and thorough.
