Carpet Installation
The GCO rep was very helpful with the padding and he set up the installation. The installers did not call to set up a time with me, until after I called GCO twice about it. We were quoted $110 for the installation and when the installers arrived they said it would cost $140. My husband had to drive to the ATM to get more money for them. I would have thrown them out of the house. They were very unprofessional and kept making up excuses why the GCO store gave us the wrong price for installation. It seems that their system for installation is to call an outside "company" from the list of installers. When we used them to install in the past everything worked out ok. We just got whoever was next up on the list this time.
