I broke down on the highway in below zero weather. My tow truck driver towed my vehicle to Mike's stating that he thought I would get faster service there. Mike checked the vehicle, stated that the timing belt was broken and that it appeared no other damage was done when it broke. He could start repairs on the vehicle, but would not be able to finish until the next day. He could recommend a reasonable place where I could rent a vehicle if I wanted and he would drive me there also. He was extremely helpful every step of the way with the repairs and service. He gave me 3 estimates on the vehicle depending on how much I wanted to get done. Since the vehicle is 17 years old, I opted for the smallest estimate, which was about $460.00, which I have been told is extremely reasonable for the work I had done. The work was done on time and the vehicle has been running fine ever since then.
