Brandon seemed over booked. Unless I called him over and over he would not service the property. He mowed maybe 2 weeks in a row in a month but spreads of 3 or 4 weeks before he would mow again. He damaged our fence in a couple of places. He mowed less then 50% of the season. I was a Prepaid. I am debating on small claims court for lack of services preformed. I talked with Brandon about this and he offered me a cheap deal on snow plowing or next season services. I read reviews on Snow plowing and he did the same thing with that service with lack of performance. Beware of the great prices. Brandon will not do the work promised. Hope this helps!
