Ryan came the same day I called him. He did great work and he left the area just the way I like it...clean.

Went great! Sinks drain beautifully, and the faucets are all now good and tight. I would definitely use this plumber again and gladly recommend him to anyone with a plumbing job.

We had water seeping into the floor around the toilet but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. I called Ryan and he came out a few days later (due to OUR scheduling - not his). He called first thing that morning and asked if we could switch our time from 8 to 10 due to another call that was a bit more of an urgent nature. My husband worked from home that day so someone would be there for him and told Ryan he could work with the time change, but would be on a conference call when he arrived. Ryan repaired the toilet quickly and hubby was on the call the entire time! We are appreciative of Ryan's patience in working with our odd schedules and being able to diagnose and correct what we've been trying to figure out for the last month! Thank you!

Monday night, cleaning up after dinner, the sink backs up. Not good. As we are trying to unclog the drain with a small snake we had, the metal trap pipe breaks. It was so rusted it was just waiting for us to touch it. Water everywhere. Tuesday I begin calling looking for help. The first company was busy through next week. The second company, Budget, answered right away and said they could come that night! They were running a bit late, but Jerry called me to let me know and even gave me an approximate time they would be there. Very appreciative of that. They were only there less than an hour and it was all fixed! Very professional and I'm extremely satisfied. Thank you!

Water was leaking into my basement right were my toilet was. I couldn't find any water around the toilet so I called Budget out to take a look at it. He knew right away that it was probably the wax ring that needed to be replaced. He took the toilet off, replaced the ring, re-installed the toilet and no more water in the basement. He was there all of about an hour, was professional, and very clean. You wouldnt even know he was there. I would definitely use again.

They were Johnny on the spot. I had a different plumber here that wasn't through Angie's list. He just thought he was going to snake through the pipe and do the job. Given how cold it was during the winter, this plumber from Budget just went out to the back door and looked in the vent and said he hadn't seen steam. He just put something down the pipe and there was a blockage so after he unblocked it, everything was good. He knew exactly what he wanted to do unlike the other plumber who just thought he would snake it.

Called to say he might be a little late, but actually got here 10 minutes early! Got right to work and had the job completed in no time at all. Very pleasant to talk with and even provided some helpful information about other plumbing concerns we have had (pipes "moaning") in the house. So far we have had no leaks and the hot water dispenser works fine. Very pleased with Budget plumbing--will definitely use them again.

I contacted Ryan on Friday and we set up an appointment for Monday morning. He called me Sunday evening to verify the appointment and showed up on time and ready to go to work Monday morning. He immediately diagnosed the problems and fixed them very fast. He was excellent to work with and very helpful. I would definitely recommend him and will not hesitate to call him again when needed.

Went well! We wanted someone sooner, and when an opening came up he called us and came out a day before the scheduled one. He was in and out so quickly I couldn't believe it. The cost includes the price of the new garbage disposal (In-Sinkerator brand). He also did a quick fix to our wobbly toilet and advised it was only temporary and that our problem is caused by the flooring. Very relieved that this was not a bigger deal and didn't cost too much! I will be calling again for any plumbing issues.

Provider did an outstanding job. He had to handle a unique and difficult task, but listened to us and completed the job excellently. I highly recommend this plumber.

Ryan was very fast in calling me back when I left a message and was the only person that I talked to that could come out on short notice to do the install. He arrived at the time set and did an awesome job. He even fixed the faucet that the manufacturer put together wrong! I will definitely be using again in the future!

Ryan responded right away to my request for a quote. Jerry came out the next day and quoted the project. We set up a day that was convenient for me and Jerry arrived on time. The job took about 2 hours and was done to my satisfaction. The costs came in a little higher than quoted only because I had them unclogged a drain that was not in the original quote. I have already recommended this company to a number of co-workers and I will definitely use them for any further plumbing needs.

Ryan answered my service call and said he could meet me in about an hour. He showed up and said he had everything to do the job and could do it right away. That is super fast service! I wasn't expecting him to get it done so fast and all within a couple hours of me calling him. Very professional and pleasant to speak with. I would definitely use Budget Plumbing again.

Jerry was out to our house three times when it was all said and done, the third time for FREE! He spoke with my husband on the phone trying to guide him through the process to do some of the work himself to help save us money but being the novices we are, we still had him come out and do it and it turned out GREAT. He was very punctual and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.

At first, I was worried because the plumber said he had not fixed this kind of shower before. But he started right in and had it fixed I a half hour. He did a great job.

Called Budget Plumbing after reading the reviews here and after I tried everything in my power to unclog my Kitchen sink. I tried a plunger, draino gel, and even a snake (drain cleaning auger) I bought at Lowes. Nothing worked. Spoke with Jerry, he came right out, within an hour as he was already in the area. Came in got right down to business, fixed my sink and bathtub flow plate. Now we are happy will use Budget Plumbing again!

I called and left a message with Budget Plumbing at 12:30pm. Within 10 minutes I had a call back from Ryan, who scheduled someone, informing me of one customer ahead of my appointment. He estimated it would be a couple hours. I received a call from the service tech at 1:30pm when they were around 10 minutes away. Jerry came in and inspected the problem, grabbed his equipment and got right to work. He informed me of what was being done and was polite and friendly, apologizing for the small mess (which I had insisted upon cleaning myself) created in the process. It took 60' of snake to reach the road and clear the way, but he was able to do it. I ran water to test the drain while he finished up so he could verify it's effectiveness. After he was satisfied, he had me stop and cleaned up around his equipment before bringing me the paperwork. Jerry was in and out in about an hour. I was happy with the results and the price. I will definitely consider Budget Plumbing for work in the future after having a positive experience.

Jerry quickly located the root of our main problem that of a crack in our cast iron pipe. He replaced the cracked VERY heavy cast iron section of pipe with plastic pipes, fixed a leaky toilet, placed a cover on an incorrectly installed sink and also replaced a very brittle pipe under that sink. We couldn't have been more pleased with how quickly everything was done and how personable Jerry is. If we have any other problems we will be for sure to contact them again!

That's why I thought the charge was a tad high.

Jerry was very professional. let me know what I didn't need to have done to save money. I also wanted my dryer line extended but he couldn't work on it due to having 2 saddle valves in the gas lines that would have to be changed because of the newer codes. This will be done when he returns to do some other work since it would require a pipe threader which he didn't have since it was unexpected.
