Very well! He gave us a flat rate for a quote, instead of a price for the trip out and a price per 15 minutes, so it was really great to know exactly how much we'd be spending instead of having to guess. He was later than he estimated, but he was very communicative about when he would be there. Once he arrived, he was very friendly and quick. We mistakenly believed the drain hadn't gotten cleared out all the way (the soap was bubbling up to the top of the drain), so he came back the next day to check and fix it all the way if needed. It was fine though, the actual water was draining; it was just the soap that looked like it was overflowing. Great service! Will definitely be using him again!!

This is the third time I've used Budget Plumbing. I like these guys! When I contacted Ryan about this work, I let him know he could fit me in anytime. He was able to fit me in before the time we had scheduled. Ryan had to relocate some piping (I have copper pipes) to make things work correctly. He did a great job, much better than I expected or envisioned. His work was very clean and neat, and we had a good time chatting while he worked. I strongly recommend Budget Plumbing. This is one of those small businesses where the work is personal and professional. Previous jobs were for a new hot water heater, and adding high-flow plumbing for yard sprinklers.

I'm sorry my memory is lacking with this having been 1.5+ years ago. I just know I was less than impressed by this transaction. All in all though, the repair was made and is still holding strong today!

Budget Plumbing did a nice job. One aspect of the job hadn't been completely done (which I didn't realize until later) but they came back at no charge to make it right. Very much appreciated.

It was great! From initially contacting the company through Angie's List to completion of the service - never a hitch! Set appointment on line, Ryan called back to verify and confirm date and time. Jerry and Dale were here at 8:00 AM and gone by 10:00AM. Both very professional and personable. Very efficient. Explained work in detail; asked questions when needed. When and if we need plumbing services again - the guys at Budget Plumbing will be our first call!

It went very well. Ryan came out the day I called and surveyed the situation, gave me competitive quote. Ryan was going to call me the next morning to tell me when they would be able to do it. His 2 man crew was able to come out by noon. They had everything they needed to complete the job in less than 2 hours. They laid runners across our floors and stairway to the basement to prevent damage. They handled themselves professorially and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. The job was completed as bid, no surprises. I would use them again.

I've used them twice because of Angie's List. They were very good. They were very professional. He knew when I called that it was an emergency. He assured me he would call me back and fit me in as soon as possible. They were very polite when they came. I had called somebody else and they took forever to get back to me. In the meantime, Budget Plumbing came through for me again.

We have used Budget Plumbing twice in a month for different things because they are very responsive, knowledgeable & professional. The first was for a broken toilet, and the second time was for a broken kitchen sink hose. They are reasonably priced & make suggestions to save you in time & money in the long run. We would definitely use them again.

They were a little late because of the weather and backup of other jobs. I will use this company again. Other Angie listed plumbing companies did come close when answering questions on the phone and double what this company's rates are.

Excellent. I will use Budget for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone. Professional, honest, fast, clean service. The crew arrived and listened thoroughly to my problem - a failed basement sewer crock, which had overflowed as a result of pump failure. They went immediately to work, summoned me when lift station/crock was opened to show ME what they found - which turned out to be a big wad of toilet paper bunched around float switch (causing pump to not cycle on/off). Rather than trying to sell me a new switch or even complete pump, they told me they'd clean float switch, re-position pump in crock so as to avoid direct discharge (so future tp wads unlikely to cause float fail), then exercise complete system including pump, which they did. They then reported that system functioned flawlessly, they could detect no bearing noise, etc in pump, and with my concurrence buttoned-up system. They did all this in less than an hour, charged us a minimal service call fee only - and all on New Year's Eve, hours before we were to host festivities. FANTASTIC! This company can be trusted to respond quickly, perform honestly and professionally. THANKS GUYS!

The folks at Budget Plumbing were GREAT!!! Same day service - two days before Christmas. Dale diagnosed the problem and was in and out in about 30 minutes. Very professional company and extremely reasonable rates and prices. I will definitely work with Budget Plumbing again!

It went fine, but I think 75.00 was too much for a plunge and 10 minutes of work.

We called Ryan without knowing anything about him or his company. He said he'd be over in an hour to fix our emergency problem and was there in 55 minutes. He completely and thorough fixed the problem in just over an hour, and charged us a very reasonable fee. He was professional and pleasant. We would absolutely use him again and recommend him to anyone we know.

The water supply to our toilet started leaking in the morning, didn't think it could be left overnight. These guys came from about 35 miles away, arrived at exactly the time they said they would be here and fixed the leak and some other problems we were having with our toilet. They were professional and friendly and fixed everything quickly and for half of what I imagined it would cost. Thank you very much!

I called Budget to come fix a leaking shower and a toilet that wouldn't fill. They came the same day, had both problems fixed in less than an hour and prices were very fair. Would definitely call again should the need arise.

I met Ryan at the local Lowes store and picked out two toilets with him along for advice. He bought the toilets straight to the house. Removed old toilets and installed the new. Fixed leaking faucet in shower and another on kitchen sink. Total time was two hours from pickup at Lowes to job completion. Estimate was right on. He didn't waste any time and got everything doen well. Very happy and will use him again if needed.

Jerry and Dale did a great, fast job unclogging our main drain pipe. They also replaced a part in a toilet that had been running since we moved in August. They were delayed a bit from their estimated time window because an earlier job had taken longer than expected, but those things happen in the plumbing world.

We called Budget Plumbing late in the afternoon while doing laundry and finding that our main drain was clogged. Jerry showed up about 45 minutes later. Within an hour, he routed out the main line and pulled out two balls of roots, and then paced out the distance to the street to be sure he had gone far enough down our line. He also advised us that our curb cap had a broken cover, and that we should contact the city to have it replaced. He was very pleasant and professional. We will definitely use Budget Plumbing the next time we need a plumber.

Ryan met me at the local Lowes at 8:00 to assist in picking out two new toilets. He delivered the toilets to my house and started installation around 8:45. He completed the installation quickly. He then moved on to replacing a leaking shower valve , and then replaced a leaking valve in the kitchen faucet. All work from picking out the toilets to completing all work was completed in two hours. Pricing was right on with the estimate. He was done and gone by 10:00. I would definitely recommend Budget Plumbing to others. Also gave discount for using Angies List to find him.
