HOWEVER, the rug. Smelled amazing for one day until it started to smell like rotting meat, WAY worse than before. We originally asked if the rug would be fine to dry in the living room or if we should have it taken out to dry to avoid it not drying correctly & avoiding warping the hardwood, they assured. We called them & told them our issue & gave them a chance to correct it OR we wanted a refund for the rug only. Aaron Lee came with another associate and picked it up & told us they would let us know when it would be done. 3 WEEKS LATER, we call them to see where our rug is, at this point they tell us that they meant to call us a week ago but "forgot" and then were not willing to bring it back. When we said "So you're just not going to give it back" he just LAUGHED at us on the phone and my boyfriend said "you'll hear from my lawyer" and hung up. (Harsh but it was a brand new $800 rug 8x10) 20 minutes later I get a text on my phone that says "This is Aaron Lee with McCreary's Healthy Homes Inc. We're on our way with the rug" I replied "Thank you" and he replied "You're welcome! Sorry about the inconvenience." Shortly after they arrived with our rug & I was SO excited to have it back and Aaron told me they spent a lot of time on it etc etc. I thanked him & they left. I cut the ties to start unrolling it & put it back in place- until i started to smell the same smell it had before. I start looking at it closer & there was TONS of dog hair & debris on it- which you would think would be removed if they "spent alot of time on it" per Aarons claim. I called them immediately to no answer. Then I texted the same number he was texting me from and said "I just attempted to unroll the rug & I feel like if it was cleaned as much as claimed it would be free of excess dog hair & debris, which are all over the rug still & it still smells pretty bad..." to NO REPLY still from 4 days ago. I would not hire them again solely based on the lack of customer service. As much as we appreciate them coming to get the rug, I feel like it sat there for 3 weeks & there is NO way they recleaned it. I also have photos, upon request.

I've used him a few times over the last 10 years. He is wonderful. He was able to red dye out of this carpet with ease. Overall he is a great person.
