First time there they did a weld patch on the exhaust for $70 instead of a whole new part that other places quoted us several hundred dollars for. Just yesterday my muffler finally went after gradually getting louder over the past few months. Stopped in without an appointment. They took it in back, brought it back out 15 minutes later and it was quiet as a church mouse again. No charge. They are not out to screw you over, they are honest and do quality work. Our go-to place for any and all exhaust, suspension and brake work, plus oil changes.

When I called they asked when I wanted to bring my car in, rather than tell me when it was convenient for them to do the work. I dropped my car off the following morning, and they called within an hour to let me know what the problem was and what the cost would be. The repair was done quickly and was very cost effective. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely use them for future car repairs.

Gand M isn't some upscale, fancy pants place to take your car... They're people who treat you like friends. I've used them for a very long time and they're always quick to give a little ribbing and a smile. I definitely feel at home when I'm there... like my brother is working on my car or something. Their prices are ridiculously reasonable. An oil change will run you 15 (or 18, if you get synthetic oil) dollars. You DO have to ask if you want them to check any fluids or fill anything up, like windshield washer fluid, but it's not a big deal. Glen and Mary are a couple of the nicest, funniest people to work with. When they estimate something for you, THAT is your estimate. I've never had them go over (I've had them go UNDER) what they estimated my repair to be. All in all, I will continue to use them for as long as they're in business and I will continue to send people there way as well.
