Description of Work: They installed our new roof after a storm that left us with hail damage. They came when they said they would. They stayed all day and they were very curtious and cleaned up very well behind themselves. Each day someone touched base with us to let us know who would be back the next day and at what time and to check the site for debris or left over nails. It was nice to be kept in the loop and to see they took the extra step to be sure my children or dog didnt come into contact with anything sharp that they shouldnt. It was a nice change from the usual teams that you hire that say they'll be there at 9 and show up around 11:30. I would definitely hire them for future work around my home.

Description of Work: As always QHR did a great job repairing my roof after a wind storm. Their staff is always friendly and considered. In addition to fixing the damaged shingles, QHR also reviewed the entire roof fixing any shingles that were starting to wear to prevent future damage.

+ -1 moreOverall a great job IMO. No leaks that I have seen to date. Price was generally competitive with other bids I got. He had a variety of shingles and underlayments to chose from. The crew was courteous, competent, and took their time to address the unique "issues" of our roof. They made good progress on the project so it only took a few days. I was impressed that I have found almost NO roofing debris after the job, they did a very thorough cleanup. (I don't have kids or pets, but this would be even more important to me if I did). They got a defective roof fan (cettainly not their fault), but when I found out it wasn't working, they immediately scheduled a person to examine and replace it, works fine now. Follow through like this is a sign of a guy who's in this business for the long term so he does a good job and wants you to be happy.
Description of Work: Tear off and re-roof. Installed electric roof vent fans, install through roof fittings for bath fan and solar skylight.

Description of Work: Our roof was a little more than 13 years old and truly crumbling off of the house. We had had 8-10 different people stop by the house to replace our roof (fly by night, offer great deals, with little to no quality), after talking to most of them, called Greg at QHR and he came out with actuall samples and within a week, we were having our entire roof torn off and a new one put on. We knew what all of the products that were being used were. Our roof looks great and has a 50 year guarantee that is transferable. They did a great job and cleaned up the site each day after they finished. We get lots of complements and the folks in the neighborhood that saved a few dollars by going with the "cheap guys" are having their roofs repaired everytime we have a storm or high winds. Not us. Our roof is beautiful, solid and well constructed. This summer we are having them replace our deck and we can't wait! Highly recommend this company. They stand for quality, honesty, and reliability!
