The two men who worked on it were apprentices and they had a hard time getting it to seal and six months later I noticed the pipes that they had worked on we’re all green I pulled the insulation apart and it was full of water. I called their office and the lady was downright snotty to me and ended up hanging up on me would not listen to me just talked over the top of me and then hung up!

I called them in the morning at 8 AM because my furnace stopped working. They were here at 10 AM to fix my furnace. Kevin had it up and running in 10 minutes, also told me what to look out for and coached me on the basics of the furnace. It went super smooth and the team at TANNER is very knowledgeable and the professionalism is top notch.

The cottage we were purchasing had not been used for over five years, so we wanted to make sure the 30+ yr. old furnace was working. However, the propane tank had been removed, so we hired Tanner at the recommendation of the Realtor, to bring a tank of propane, and to verify that it was in good working order.  The inspector from Tanner brought a portable propane tank and hooked it to the furnace. He turned on the furnace but the main burner would not come on fully and the blower kept cycling on and off.  When I asked him why the furnace was doing this, he said something to the effect, "Oh, that's just the way propane furnaces work, and it's because it hasn't been used in a long time. It'll be fine once it dries out." Having never had a propane furnace, we took him at his word. They later sent us a letter verifying that the furnace was functional and in good working order.  After we took possession, we tried to use the furnace over a weekend stay, but it still would not come on fully, and the blower kept cycling on and off.  It was in the fall and the furnace could barely keep the place warm. Finally, my husband dismantled the main burner, and found that it was completely clogged with rust. Once he thoroughly cleaned it out and replaced it, the furnace worked fine, and has continued to do so since then. So in my opinion, the service call was a total waste of money. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
