 + -1 moreTerrible! I have a DTE home warranty and they hired Lacross Home Services. It has been over 6 weeks WITHOUT a washing machine!!! Lacross insists they are still waiting for it on backorder. This is unacceptable, I have called other companies and were told they could have this part in a week. No one EVER answers the phone there! You get an answering machine and when you leave a message they do NOT return your call. WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
