I want to say that the work that WAS performed was great.  The piece looks amazing and I cannot complain with the workmanship that was put into our repair.  The thing I CANNOT STAND and the reason I will never USE this place again is that the 3 interactions I had, which involved a picture of the furniture needing repair on email, then to pick up the piece, then to bring it back resulted in THREE different price quotations and each time the price kept CREEPING UP AND UP.  I learned a lesson which is to get the full amount of the total cost of the job BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING that way there are no surprises later.  Maybe the guy knew he was taking advantage of a woman who had not clue but if that's the case, SHAME ON HIM!!!  Also, it took him 2-3 weeks to get back with me to even come look at the piece and at that point I thought he wasn't interested in the job.  So, just to to reiterate, if you use them, get a full price quotation before you sign anything and save the headache I had!
