Auto Glass
To add to the comments already written they noticed as they were doing the work that the windshield had a hairline crack but didn't tell us about it, this contributed to the bigger crack that appeared as they were "repairing" the original pit. Instead of telling us that the pit might crack they went ahead with the repair without informing us. Then when we noticed it (and who wouldn't?) they further complicated things and lied about it saying that it was like that when we brought it in. Totally unprofessional!!
