always on time, good communication on schedule.  they found out their stump grinder wouldn't git in one are of yard, so managed to find a smaller machine which they rented, so they could remove the final stump.  kept their word on service they would deliver.

Very professional, knew a lot about tree life, responsive to phone call, punctual when they said they would be here, very nice workers.
I was pleased with the work and with the service!!!  Definately use them again!
For all the equipment they used, I thought the price was very fair..

The service provided on the trees and shrubs were effective and lasting. Where the company comes up short is in customer service. When we contracted with them several years ago, they were responsive and attentive. As they grew, their customer service suffered. We paid for inspecitions of the property to be done in the spring and mid summer, which they billed us for, but no feedback on the review. I found issues with some of the shrubs which they did not notice. I received a letter indicating that they were sorry , but no call or plan to improve the service.

It went well I was not there for the whole thing

Our large overgrown tree was interfering with walking, damaging the roof, and was overall an eyesore in our property's backyard. I had called a few places for an estimate and Integrity's quote was less than half of the other bids. Also, they did a wonderful job! I couldn't be happier with the appearance of the tree now especially knowing what it did look like and how much of a bargain we got! The ONLY downside to Integrity is the wait time (which I've found to be true of ANY good worksman) .

He took his time to do the work. Seemed to be appropriate.

They provided me with excellent services. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them to other for the quality job they did for us.

We expect prompt response, accurate quotes, and quick service. Check, check, and check. Chad and the crews have been exceptional with our service. We need to thin out mature Pines and Hardwoods from near the house. I've learned my lesson with do-it-your-selfing the trees. Each time they've been exceptional with response, pricing and clean-up. Can't say enough good things about them and I've sent them to my neighbors on either side and they both have been very pleased.
